The online job-searching platform VietnamWorks - part of the leading human resource recruitment service provider Navigos Group Vietnam, is officially announcing a new brand identity after 20 years of building and operating in the Vietnamese market.

"For the first time since its establishment, VietnamWorks has repositioned the brand with a major change in its logo and slogan, while prioritizing a strategic development that focuses on the core values ​​of each individual, enterprises in society towards a "Joyful Career Path" (Empower Growth).
With “Empower Growth”, VietnamWorks will accompany businesses and employees to build a long-term career path full of inspiration and value. A happy employee is one that feel they have grown through their work, is well-prepared with capability and courage to confidently step up to higher positions and create meaningful value to the community. In particular, the position and salary will become a necessary condition, while the values ​​behind it become the sufficient conditions make a job whole. VietnamWorks believes that "There is lots value behind each position" that contribute to society, so the brand chooses to accompany employees and businesses to build a Joyful Career Path" (Empower Growth), so when each individual's efforts are linked to community value, it will create a cycle of continuing value."

Design direction:

Vietnamworks' rebrand centers on growth, empowerment, and positive impact. The design seamlessly blends the brand's history with a modern perspective, using vibrant colors and visuals to convey not just a job platform but a force for personal and community advancement. The result is a visual identity that speaks to the transformative power of empowerment, symbolizing Vietnamworks as a catalyst for both individual and collective progress.

The brand applications make use of the logo curves, combining with the colour palette to create an identity that is dynamic, trendy, feeling of technology but still approachable.
